Price List

Cost of Therapy: We are a small, fee-for-service clinic. Payment is be due at the time of service. We are able to accept payments from flexible savings accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA), as well as any other traditional method of payment.

Co-Pays: Co-pays will be charged on day of service to the card saved on file.

Medicare and Medicare-Replacement Plans: Wholistic Motus will bill Medicare or any replacement plan directly. Any deductible or co-pay is due at time of service.

Courtesy Billing: If requested, Wholistic Motus will submit your insurance claim on your behalf. While we assist in handling the submission of the claim, please note that the responsibility for the full payment of services remains with the patient. We cannot guarantee insurance coverage or payment, but we aim to make the reimbursement process easier for you. Clients are ultimately responsible for payments of their account.
