Pricing

Prompt Pay: The above prices reflect a prompt pay discount and are available when payment is made in full at the time of service.

Cost of Therapy: We are a fee-for-service clinic. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept FSA, HSA, and traditional forms of payment.

Co-Pays: Co-pays will be charged on day of service to the card saved on file.

Medicare and Medicare-Replacement Plans: Wholistic Motus will bill Medicare or any replacement plan directly. Any deductible or co-pay is due at time of service.

Courtesy Billing: If requested, Wholistic Motus will submit your insurance claim on your behalf. While we assist in handling the submission of the claim, please note that the responsibility for the full payment of services remains with the client. We cannot guarantee insurance coverage or payment, but we aim to make the reimbursement process easier for you. Clients are ultimately responsible for payments of their account. We recommend always contacting your carrier prior to appointments in order to be fully knowledgeable about your individual coverage.
